At what age can I get a piercing?

You can get a piercing above 14. Between 14-16, your parent needs to be present. Between 16-18, you need to bring a filled out parental consent form. (Downloadable from the website)
Do I need an ID card for piercing?

Below 18 you do, below 16 we have to see both yours, and your parent’s ID cards
Do I need a parental consent form below 18, even for lobe piercing?

Yes. (Downloadable from the website)
Is Octenisept spray (disinfectant) enough to treat my piercing?

No. You need to use an alcohol free disinfectant and an anti-inflammatory cream too.
Can I treat my piercing with alcohol or any alcoholic substances after it is done?

No, never.
Why is it important to compress with chamomile tea?

It has an anti-imflammatory and cleansing effect.
Do I have to move or rotate my new piercing?

No, never.
Why can’t I move or rotate my percing?

It damages and rips open the fresh wound.
What do I have to do if my piercing gets infected?

Try to get help as soon as possible. If possible come into the shop! (Because the huge variety of piercings we can’t give general information via phone) Don’t take the piercing out, only if we advice you to do so!
Is it possible to shoot my cartilage piercing, or do I have to get it done by needle?

The cartilage piercing can be only done by needle. We only shoot into the soft part of the lobe, and only with earrings specially made for it.
Can I buy gold (noble metal) piercings in the shop?

No, we don’t sell gold or noble metal piercings. You can buy titanium or surgical steel piercings in gold colours.
Do you pierce with gold or silver jewellery?

We only pierce with titanium or surgical steel piercings!
Do I need an appointment for piercing?

No, you don’t need to, and you can’t! We take our guests by order of arrival! In our shop, 2 piercers wait for you, everyday of the week.
Do you make Microdermal piercings?

Yes, we do!
Do you make migraine (Daith) and Shenmen piercings?

Yes, we do!
Do you measure out the placement of the piercing?

No, because every piercing has its own anatomical place and name! Every piercer and receptionist in our salon went through an acupuncture training , and they know the places and placements of these piercings!
Dou you pierce with jewellery that we bring?

Yes, but only if its suitable. Its easier to buy it at our store.
Do you use anesthetic?

No.
Do you do earrings for children or babies?

We shoot lobe piercings above 6 months, but we can only pierce with needle above 14.
What do I do if my nose piercing fell out?

Always put something in it, because the fresh piercing (even few months old) can close, after few hours.
Is it possible to order piercings from you?
